  1. Hi my name is Chloe. I am 9 and a half. I chose the picture of the dog with the curlers in its fur. Here I go

This morning I went up to my persons room and took her curlers. ” I am going to look for my birthday party!” I said to myself. So I carefully put each curler in my fur one by one!

By the way, I think you posted the picture of the Zebra and Giraffe twice

    • I removed the 2nd giraffe picture. Thanks Chloe! Your paragraph is so funny and I really like that it is in the voice of the dog. I want to her more. Can you expand it and offer more details? Tell us more of the story.

  2. I’m Hosanna. I am 13 years old. I wrote about the Crowned Crane ( picture number 7 ).
    Here it is :
There was once a Crowned Crane strutting along in the African desert. He came upon a car. The crane saw something shiny. He was very curious. He peered coutiously around the corner and suddenly found himself staring into the face of someone like him. He drew back in surprise! It took him several seconds to realize that it was him. He thought, O my, is that really me? Wow! I did not know that is how I looked! Neat!
    I hope you enjoyed it!

    • Great job, Hosanna! Your description brings the reader right into the scene. I love it.

  3. Erik, 12, Zebra and Giraffe:
As a caption from the Zebra’s POV (not exactly a paragraph, but I think I make my point with that sentence 😉 ):
D-d-did someone just say “Prairie Dog”?

  4. My name is Eva. Here is my funny paragraph:

Once upon a time, there lived two mice named Ratty and Fatty. They were twins and the best of friends. They were secret musicians. Ratty played the saxophone and Fatty played the french horn. They were also secret agents who were obsessed with writing and onomatopoeia. One day they joined the FBI. ( Formal Band Investigators.) The End.
